Kate Hudson proudly co-founded and launched the fitness apparel brand Fabletics in 2013. She and her partners set out to create a brand that made fashionable, affordable, and comfortable activewear that would empower people to make a positive change. Fabletics' foundational belief is "everyone and everybody deserves to look and feel their best." And in alignment with that belief, the brand offers fitness wear in sizes up to 4X for greater inclusivity.

In a 2017 interview with Refinery29, Hudson revealed her motivation behind joining the project, sharing, "I've always wanted to do something in the fashion world, but it's really important to me that everything I do is meaningful and makes a positive impact." She added that she strongly wanted the brand to be inclusive enough to cater to women of "any size, shape, age, or ability."

If you need some workout inspiration, you can check out Hudson's Instagram, where she often posts videos of her intense workouts. Hudson especially enjoys Pilates and yoga as methods of movement to stay in shape. In 2021, she told People, "I need to be moving to feel good." She added that her relationship with her body is "sacred" to her, and she loves it for giving her three children.
